What is the Refer a Friend promotion?
The Refer a Friend promotion at Evans Accounting allows you to earn rewards by referring
someone to our services. When your referred friend purchases a service from us, you can receive
up to £250 as a token of our appreciation.
Eligibility:
To participate in the Refer a Friend program, you must be a current client of Evans Accounting.
Referrals must be new clients who have not used our services before.
Referral Verification:
To ensure the integrity of our Refer a Friend program, a verification process is in place. When your referred friend
makes their initial inquiry or call to us, they will be asked if they have been referred by an existing client.
If they do not provide your name as the referrer during this interaction, or if you are not a current client of
Evans Accounting, you will not be eligible to receive the referral rewards.
When will I receive the referral reward?
You will receive the referral reward once your referral is verified and your referred friend completes their purchase of a
service from Evans Accounting. The reward amount can be up to £250, and our team will ensure
you receive the deserved appreciation promptly.
How is the Refer a Friend promotion calculated?
The Refer a Friend promotion includes a base reward that depends on the total amount your
referred friend spends. The base rewards are as follows:
- If the total spent is £500, the base reward is £25.
- If the total spent is £750, the base reward is £50.
- If the total spent is £1000, the base reward is £75.
In addition, if the value of the purchase exceeds £1000, you will receive a bonus of 7.5% on any
additional services bought by your friend. However, please note that the bonus reward is capped at
£250.
For example, if your referred friend spends £1200, the calculation would be as follows:
Base Reward: £75 (based on spending £1000)
Additional Services: £200 (value exceeding £1000)
Bonus Reward (7.5% of £200): £15
Total Reward: £75 + £15 = £90
Since the total reward is below the cap of £250, you will receive the full reward of £90.
What is the cap for the Refer a Friend promotion?
The reward for the Refer a Friend promotion is given on your friend's initial order of services
from Evans
Accounting. Subsequent purchases made by your friend will not qualify you for additional rewards
under this promotion.
Can the Refer a Friend promotion be used multiple times?
Yes, the Refer a Friend promotion can be used multiple times. Each time you refer a new client and
they make a purchase, you become eligible for the reward(only on initial purchase). Spread the word about Evans Accounting
and enjoy the benefits of our services while earning rewards for your referrals.
Fair Play:
We encourage fair play and ethical participation in our referral program. Any attempts to exploit or
manipulate the program will result in disqualification from receiving rewards.
Verification:
We may verify the authenticity of referrals and reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of
suspected fraud or abuse.
Changes to Program:
We reserve the right to make changes to the referral program's terms and rules.
Can the Refer a Friend promotion be used in conjunction with other
promotions?
Yes, in most cases, the Refer a Friend promotion can be used in conjunction with other
promotions. However, please note that certain restrictions may apply. Our team will provide you
with the necessary information and ensure you receive the maximum benefits from our promotions.
